With our study, the patient sleeps for two full nights in the comfort of their own home while being monitored by a small device containing two tiny electrodes. One electrode is placed on the ribs, and the other is placed on the upper left chest area. The electrodes are used to monitor the patient’s heart rate and respiration rates while sleeping.
